History
The idea for Lock-Tite Storage was born in 1995. Perry Marlow and Catherine Livingston, a husband and wife team, became committed to creating a green storage business that would provide the best and most accessible storage experience to their clients. Extensive research and planning resulted in a design that was the most secure, convenient, environmentally friendly, accessible and professional facility that could be built in the Austin area. Perry, with his background in construction and customer service, and Catherine, with her background as a teacher and environmental attorney for Texas Parks and Wildlife, combined their collective skills and visions to develop an exceptional facility.
