When deciding how to store your possessions, you must decide the appropriate environment in which to place them. Lock-Tite Storage offers you the choice of utilizing our fully climate-controlled building, our standard passive-climate controlled buildings, or a combination of both.
Climate Controlled
We recommend our fully climate-controlled storage units for your delicate, fragile or antique furnishings, artwork, precision instruments, fine furniture, vinyl albums, photos and anything else you want to protect from changes in temperature and humidity. Our climate-controlled building is maintained between 65 and 75 degrees year around, and we monitor and control humidity levels to ensure the best care possible for your valuable items. We feature three floors of clean, secure storage accessed by a large freight elevator certified to 4500 lbs. The spacious lobby is equipped with four large wheeled flat carts, two appliance dollies, and two 4 wheel appliance dollies for your use. Standard Units
Our standard drive-up units are excellent for most household and commercial storage items. These buildings are designed utilizing passive climate controlled technology. All the ceilings are insulated to prevent excessive heat buildup and to control condensation. The metal buildings are designed to allow flow-through ventilation minimizing the effects of central Texas heat and humidity.
