Lock-Tite Storage offers three types of parking for your vehicles- covered parking, open parking and fully-enclosed parking.
Covered Parking
It’s a proven fact that your motor home, RV, boat or other valuable vehicle will last longer, resist deterioration and retain its value significantly longer if it is stored under cover. Our covered parking spaces help protect against the effects of our sometimes harsh Texas weather. We offer 70 concrete covered parking spaces ranging in size from 12’ x 30’ to 12’ x 45’. All of our spaces have a 30 amp RV outlet available and are well lit and enjoy the benefit of 40+ foot wide driveways to maneuver in. Click images below to view examples of covered parking:
Open Parking
When you need an affordable parking space for an extra vehicle or trailer, we have 28 concrete parking spaces that will accommodate vehicle sizes up to 20 feet. Click images below to view examples of open parking:
Totally Enclosed Parking
We designed our largest buildings with RVers in mind. Our 14’ x 40’ units provide a 12’ tall, 12’ wide roll up door with 40’ foot of concrete floor to accommodate your RV. Each of these units also features a 30 amp RV outlet with electricity included. We also feature 12’ x 30’ units with both 8’ and 10’ tall roll up doors for smaller vehicles and trailers. One of the obvious benefits of these large units is that you can combine personal storage items at no extra charge while storing your RV or boat.
