At LockTite Storage, our #1 goal is to meet or exceed our customers’ needs–no matter what their moving or storage situation may be. We want the LockTite brand to be known for customer service excellence. What’s our secret to provide incredible customer care? Our amazing Property Managers!

That’s why we want to introduce you to Brenda Wolfe, our Senior Property Manager at LockTite Storage Wimberley.

Brenda Wolfe

How long have you been with LockTite Storage and what’s your favorite part about working in self-storage?

I've been at LockTite since June 2013. I love helping our customers. My job allows me to get a lot of face time with people and help them in tangible ways. Every day I get to assess the needs of our clients and to help them find a perfect storage unit. But, the best experience is helping people in times of need. Some people looking for storage are under stress. It may be caused by moving, building a home, loss of a job, illness or death of a loved one or many other reasons. Extending personal care to them helps make their lives better, and that is special to me.

What is special about your location?

I love that our location has a rainwater collection system and acres of beautiful green space in the Texas hill country. There are beautiful live oaks throughout the property. Many people comment on our location and our sister location in Dripping Springs; they never expected to store in such beautiful, peaceful places.

What’s a common thing people don’t understand about LockTite?

I think people don’t understand that LockTite is so much more than a self-storage facility. My work is all about community. I develop a relationship with every person that walks in the door. The personal care and help that I give to each person goes way beyond the storage business. It’s meaningful work to get to help people every day. We also support by volunteering and contributing to many local charities and organizations. It is very important to us to help make our community the best it can be.

How long have some of your tenants been with your location?

I have several tenants that have been at our location since the day it opened in 2010.

What are people commonly storing with you?

We have several businesses and tradesmen that store their additional inventory and equipment. We also have families that are waiting for their new homes to be completed, so that’s pretty fun. This is a growing area, so we have a lot of movement and excitement in the air.

What’s the most interesting thing someone has stored?

We had two food trucks that moved into our covered RV parking. It was a fun way to start the day seeing the beautiful graphics on their trucks.

Why should someone in the Southwest Austin/Dripping Springs areas consider your location for self-storage?

Our facility is beautiful and peaceful. We work hard to keep it sparkling clean. Our team always goes the extra mile to offer a smile, a cold beverage, and snack. We also offer free use of our 14? box truck and 12’ cargo trailer for your move! This saves some people hundreds of dollars.

When you’re not helping people with self-storage what do you do for fun?

I love spending time with my grandchildren, volunteering at our local grade school and reading.
