I Love the customer service, it was excellent, Tom and Stella was amazing, I appreciate all the help and assistance I receive from Tom.... And because my sister is already a customer there I got a really great deal and so did my sister... They have an amazing referral program... I Love it, I Love them, their professionalism along with their great attitude toward their customers...thank so much Storage Mart for everything, I will not be going anywhere else!!

Easy to reserve and rent unit online. Great office hours. Tom and Stella were very nice and explained everything. Showed me the storage unit and it was very clean. Tom was always available to help me with my gate code and anything else I needed.

Made online reservation for a unit. Stella kept in contact as I was arranging a move from Michigan. Arrived to unload truck and Tom and Stella were extremely helpful in getting unit rental completed and directing the how I could stage my car and the car carrier so that my daughter, my sister and I could get the truck unloaded. Great service. Thanks.
